Terms and Conditions (SMS Program)

Last updated: October 25, 2026

Program description

Incrementalist is an automated habit-coaching service delivered by SMS text message and operated by a sole proprietor. Subscribers who opt in receive scheduled, personalized coaching messages sent by our software application: a short morning message with the day's task, a short evening check-in asking whether it was completed, and automated replies to the messages they send. Messages are generated and sent by the application. This is not a marketing program and nothing is sold through it.

How to opt in

You can opt in by completing the enrollment questionnaire at https://tryincrementalist.com/quiz and checking the box consenting to receive text messages, or by texting the keyword START or JOIN to +1 (404) 998-4814. You will receive a confirmation message after opting in. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the service, typically up to two messages per day.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
