The text messages you send to the service and the coaching messages you receive.

Mobile information and text-messaging consent

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Information collected as part of the text-messaging program is used solely to operate the program and will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the service, typically up to two messages per day. Message and data rates may apply.
